Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We accept returns for items that have been delivered and fulfilled.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

The return period starts from the date the product is delivered.

If the return request is made after 30 days, it will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return requirements.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

This cancellation policy applies to orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
